Rudy Giuliani was born May 28, 1944. He is a Republican from New York. Giuliani served two terms as mayor of New York City, from 1994 to 2001. Prior to that he was employed at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, eventually becoming U.S. Attorney. Giuliani was named "Person of the Year" by Time magazine in 2001.
